Subscription Services

Services offered by datadrivenvc.io, including The Lab community membership and Monthly newsletter, are available on a subscription basis.

Billing and Renewal. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, depending on the plan selected) and renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You authorise us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal period at the then-current subscription rate.

Renewal Notice. For annual subscriptions, you will be notified by email at least 30 days before your renewal date, stating the renewal amount and the deadline by which you must cancel to avoid being charged.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@datadrivenvc.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods except where required by applicable law.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers). If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a subscription contract within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, unless you have already accessed digital content and explicitly waived this right at the point of purchase.
